I heart faces is hosting a happiness challenge this week. I was thinking about all of the pics I have taken this year, with cute little happy grins in them. An image just kept popping into my mind…. this image of true happiness. This is an image of my pal Barry . Barry has ALS. He doesn’t let it slow him down or define him. Last year in May, Barry decided to complete the Cleveland Marathon. Imagine. Four of Barry’s friends pushed him the whole way, enduring the cold and rain. I shot this portrait of Barry right before he crossed the finished line.  Go Barry!
